Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank has placed number 1,075 on the 2012 Forbes Billionaire List, released on 7 March, 2012. According to Forbes, Mr Plank has an estimated net worth of $1.1 billion. It is the first year he has made the list.

Mr Plank, who founded Under Armour in 1995, owns more than 10 million shares of Under Armour stock. It was expected that he would make it onto the 2012 list; Forbes noted in December 2011 that Under Armour’s recent stock surge placed Mr Plank’s worth over the $1 billion mark.
