Footwear charity organisation Soles4Souls, which provides shoes to people in need, has announced that specialist cushioning material manufacturer Rogers Corporation has donated more than 9,000 pairs of its Poron cushioning insoles for its international relief efforts. The insoles will be sent to people around the globe who do not own shoes and are at risk from diseases like hookworm and malnourishment.

“We are very happy to be able to support such a great organisation and cause,” said Dave Sherman, Rogers’ new business development manager in response to the announcement. “Soles4Souls has helped millions of people across the globe and we hope our support will bring them one step closer to accomplishing their goals."

Soles4Souls has distributed more than 16 million pairs of shoes around the world.
