Swedish sheepskin footwear brand Shepherd has decided to launch in the UK in 2012. Its autumn-winter range of hand-crafted, indoor and outdoor sheepskin footwear will be available through a local distributor.

Shepherd claims to combine classic Swedish design techniques with comfort and quality to create "naturally trendy footwear", from slippers to knee-high boots.

“We’re really pleased to be involved with Shepherd of Sweden and help them celebrate their thirtieth year by launching into mainstream retail in the UK in 2012” says UK distributor Edward Barnes.
