ShoeDazzle to rip-off UK shoppers
Online company ShoeDazzle, co-founded by US reality television celebrity Kim Kardashian, is to launch in the UK in September 2011. The website offers an online styling service featuring personalised footwear, handbag and jewellery selections.
A team of celebrity stylists select products from their fashion line to specifically suit the customer’s style, offering a personalised shopping experience.
When it comes to launching in the UK, chief fashion stylist Ms Kardashian appears to have dollar signs in her eyes, as the website will be offering exactly the same service, but for an extra cost of about $39. On the US version of the website, every product is priced at $39.95 (about £25). On the UK site, products will be priced at £39.95 (about $64).
