Shenzhen-based shoe and sportswear retailer Belle International plans to establish a business-to-consumer website with investment from search engine company Baidu.

According to reports in China, the resulting joint venture will be fronted by a former vice-president of e-commerce site 360buy.com, Xu Lei.
