Timberland PRO launches anti-fatigue shoes
Timberland PRO, a branch of US footwear manufacturer Timberland which specialises in industrial and occupational footwear, has introduced ‘anti-fatigue technology’ into its line of slip-resistant shoes.
The new technology features moulded inverted cones which support key pressure zones, which the company claims provide higher energy return throughout the day – a key benefit for those who work in demanding service environments.
The technology will be used in the Five Star series, aimed at chefs, waiters, and other hospitality professionals who need comfort, durability, and performance.
“Our SafeGrip outsoles, which are crafted from Goodyear Rubber and BASF polyurethane, have been tested with independent labs to ensure they hold the highest slip-resistance scores possible, so workers are safe and confident on their feet all day,” said Jim O’Connor, senior director of product and marketing for Timberland PRO. “The combination of our anti-fatigue technology and slip-resistant outsole offers a powerful solution for those seeking comfortable footwear for work.”
