Rogers strikes deal with Beaverton materials provider

Uliko is an innovative materials design, development and sourcing studio whose aim is to connect raw material suppliers with product decision makers. It houses a vast library of full grain leather, synthetic material, textiles and components, along with imaging resources to help brand designers with their product development needs.
"Uliko’s unique approach of offering design and development solutions was a natural fit for our cushioning products, which have a broad range of materials capabilities,” said Nicole Perry, senior product manager for Poron consumer products. “As we work with a similar customer base, the partnership allows us additional opportunities to connect with leading brand designers and product developers.”
As a result of the partnership, Uliko will feature Poron ReSource Cushioning made with a soy-based polyol, which replaces over 45% of petroleum-based polyols. Also offered in Uliko’s extensive library are Poron XRD Extreme Impact Protection Materials and a range of cushioning materials for footwear, apparel and protective equipment.
