Inditex footwear brand launches first bridal shoe collection

10/02/2011
Footwear brand Uterqüe, owned by Zara’s parent group, Inditex, has launched a collection of wedding shoes.

The collection comprises seven bridal shoe designs— two peep toe, three sandals with heels and two flat sandals—that it says can be customised to go with a wedding gown.

The catalogue offers chance to embellish the designs with fabric flowers, bows on the heel, Swarovski crystal or beading, and comes in a pearl, nude, ivory and cream satin, off-white and nude nappa and a laminated fabric in matt gold and champagne.

The articles are all made to order with prices ranging from €140 to €295.

Uterqüe now has 75 shops in 15 countries.
