High-end UK footwear brand Oliver Sweeney opened a new store in the City of London on November 8.

The new 40 square-metre outlet is located at 100 Cheapside in the heart of London’s main business district. The store design incorporates individually blown glass domes by artist Simon Moore for displaying shoes and accessories.

The brand’s chief executive, Maurice Helfgott, said at the opening: “I’m delighted to be opening a store in the heart of the City; it is the perfect place for an Oliver Sweeney store.”

Oliver Sweeney’s mainline collection is crafted in the famous footwear making region of Le Marche in Italy in the same family-run factory it has used since the 1990s. Prices range from £150-£350 for the mainline collection.
