According to India’s Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) and Italian leathergoods and footwear design school ARS Sutoria, their co-organised Trend and Forecast on Footwear & Leather Goods seminar was a success.

The event, which ran September 27-28, Orietta Pelizarri and Roberto Gussoni presented their thoughts on colours, materials and components for autumn-winter 2011-12.

“The basic objective of organising this seminar is to serve as a fertile ground for incubating the students into professionals on the one hand and on the other hand to serve the footwear and leathergoods industry's need by updating it on the latest market trends and technical information,” said Rajeev Lakhara, managing director, FDDI.
