GoLite Footwear launches latest multi-sport shoe

The upper on the men’s model is made from lightweight canvas, while the women’s model has a ballistic mesh upper. Both versions feature the company’s All Terrain outsole, which allows the wearer to traverse trails, rocks and ordinary streets. It also features Soft Against the Ground Technology which, by putting the soft part of the shoe close to the ground, allows the sole to absorb the bumps of the trail so the body doesn’t have to. Its Precise Fit system offers an instantly customisable footbed that can be adjusted for a narrow, medium or wide foot.
Other new models from GoLite Footwear include additions to its Rejuvenators range, designed for après sport after a long day on the trail. It is a range of performance sandals featuring the company’s new Sticky Gecko outsole, which is made with Gripstick rubber for superior traction, and built on the BareTech platform.
The new Jam Lite is a flip flop-style shoe for men and women. It is inspired by the Tarahumara tribes of Mexico, who are well known for running very fast in this style of sandal. The Flood Lite is a full strap sandal for men. Adjustable straps on the upper and the internal fit system provide a secure fit, and the toe rand provides an extra layer of protection from the elements. The Stream Lite for women has adjustable straps for a secure fit and feminine profile and can be worn on the beach or along the boardwalk.
The company has also introduced its new Surge Lite Fast Packer, which again features its BareTech platform and Sticky Gecko outsole. The neutral heel complements the natural human gait rather than altering it, while the contoured design of the last spreads pressure evenly across the bottom of the foot, eliminating the need for thick midsoles. And the asymmetrical upper design works with the shape of the foot, allowing the toes to splay naturally.
The nubuck and ultralight mesh upper materials are combined with a dual-density EVA midsole to make the boot lighter and more comfortable.
