New collections boost sales at Sweeney

Luxury footwear and accessories brand Oliver Sweeney has launched its spring-summer 2011 collection. The company hopes to build on the success of its spring-summer 2010 performance which has seen 40% like-for-like growth in retail and an increase of more than 200% in online sales.

The positive reaction has been generated by the new design direction the brand has taken and from the introduction of new collections called Goodyear Welted and Oliver Sweeney London.

The brand will open its fifth own-name store this autumn, located in a new luxury development called Spinningfields in Manchester.
