The China Leather Industry Association has reported that a delegation from giant Taiwanese footwear manufacturing group Pou Chen has carried out a feasibility study on setting up a new manufacturing facility in Lingshan County in Guangxi Province, southern China.

High-level representatives of the local authorities hosted the visit and, according to the industry association, are enthusiastic about Pou Chen setting up a shoe factory in Lingshan.
