Meramec relaunches Ultron Insoles
US-based Meramec Group is reintroducing its Ultron insoles and has launched a new website, www.ultroncomfort.com, which explains the benefits offered by the insoles. Footwear manufacturers can choose between open sets and custom moulds, depending on their individual requirements.
According to the comfort product specialist, they provide the “easiest, most cost-effective way to dramatically improve shoe comfort”. It claims independent tests have shown the insoles exhibit less compression set than alternatives and that the microcellular polyurethane formulation provides both comfort and performance.
“We are very excited about the Ultron product and are eager to share compelling information about our advantages with footwear manufacturers,” said Tom Dieckhaus, president of Meramec. “Our goal is to help manufacturers utilise Ultron insoles to provide significant comfort advantages for their customers with minimal additional investment.”
