Buyers from 41 countries at Izmir shoe show

According to Turkish trade show organiser IZFAS expects visitors from 41 countries to attend the upcoming edition of the Izmir Shoe, Bag and Accessory Fair.

The organisation claims delegations from Iraq, Azerbaijan, Iran, Cyprus, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Palestine and Greece will participate at the show, which runs July 1-4. Exhibitors from Italy, Brazil and Spain are also expected to take part.

IZFAS general manager, Dogan Isleyen, believes the fair will be successful again this year, allowing members of the trade to get together and to conduct business in a comfortable environment.

Collections of winter shoes, bags, travel goods and small leathergoods will be on show at the fair, which takes place twice a year. According to organisers, the same show last year attracted 110 exhibiting companies and almost 9,000 visitors.
