Urguayan footballer Sebastián (El Loco) Abreu has launched a new football boot that he hopes to wear at the FIFA 2010 World Cup in South Africa in June.

The boots, called Loco 13 after his nickname (which means Crazy Guy) and his unusual choice of lucky number.
