Crocs to extend successful SMS marketing idea

The idea involves in-store marketing at all of the brand’s 180 US stores. Shoppers are invited to send a text message to a number displayed in the stores to receive on their mobile phones a coupon for a 15% discount at check-out. The initiative was to run for a month, but after receiving 94,000 responses, Crocs said it had decided to extend it.
