The organiser of the Simac footwear machinery and components exhibition in Bologna, the National Association of Italian Manufacturers of Footwear, Leathergoods, Tannery Machines and Accessories (Assomac), has announced that the event will take place this year on October 12-14, in conjunction with the Lineapelle and Tanning Tech events.
 
On announcing the dates, Assomac said the focus this year would be on furthering the drive to recovery by presenting footwear manufacturers with the most up-to-date tanning machinery and chemical products on the market.
