Brand management company Cherokee has signed an exclusive footwear agreement with ACI International for its Sideout and Sideout Sport brands.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but Cherokee said it hoped to have product to market in the coming months.

ACI manufactures, distributes and markets men's, women's and children's athletic, casual and fashion footwear brands.
