BLC in management buy-out

The management team of UK-based leather testing and audit facility BLC Leather Technology Centre Limited has carried out a management buy-out.
The organisation said in a statement that the transition to the new set-up will be seamless for customers because the business will operate
as before, with “the staff, services, procedures and culture unchanged” as a result of the buy-out.
The statement also said that BLC’s strategic and operational philosophy will remain focused on leather, its manufacture and use in footwear, upholstery and leather products.
