Anta acquires Fila licenses for Greater China

Chinese sportswear company Anta has reportedly signed an acquisition agreement with Shenzhen-based footwear and sportswear giant Belle International.
Motive Force, a wholly-owned Anta subsidiary will acquire an 85% stake in Belle’s Full Prospect, which owns the Fila licence for Greater China. Motive Force is to buy a 100% stake in Fila Marketing from Lead Chance, another Belle subsidiary.
Subject to approval, the deal is expected to be completed on September 30.
