The American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA) has welcomed a new member to its board of directors and executive committee. Eric Hamburg, CEO of Russell-Newman Brands, is the latest addition to the board.
Mr Hamburg will take the position of David Martino who retired as CEO from Russell-Newman in June.
“I look forward to working with Eric on many of the critical policy issues facing the U.S. apparel and footwear industry,” said Carol Hochman, CEO of Triumph Apparel Marketing and chairman of the AAFA board. “His expertise and leadership will be valuable as we continue our work of creating and expanding opportunities so that our industry can maintain a competitive edge in the global marketplace.”
