Top brands maintain eastwards expansion

                    High-end Italian leathergoods brand Bottega Veneta has opened a new boutique in Busan, Korea. The outlet will offer the Italian company's shoes, handbags, leathergoods and eyewear.
Meanwhile, Italian fashion designer Alberta Ferretti has opened her first boutique in the United Arab Emirates, with the Dubai Mall her chosen location. The store will stock her fashion collections, as well as her footwear and leathergoods.
The designer has said she intends to open a second store in the region, in the Pearl Mall in Doha, before the end of 2009.
And French footwear and leathergoods brand Roger Vivier has opened three new stores in recent weeks, two of them in Asia. New Viver boutiques have opened in Taipei and Osaka, as well as in Miami.
