The Chinese finance and tax administration ministry has revealed that the export tax rebate rate has been increased in a bid to support export growth.

The rate for certain leather items has been raised from 13% to 15%. This includes shoes (HS Code 6401-6405) and shoes and boots (HS Code 6406), among other items.
