The polyurethanes division of Huntsman Corporation has announced that it will display its thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) products at the forthcoming International Plastics Showcase, to be held in Chicago, from June 22 – 26.

The focus will be on new developments in four key technology platforms, including Soft Elastic TPU. These product come in polyester and polyether based grades, and is described by Huntsman as “non-plasticised, phthalate free, patented technology with hardness as low as Shore A55”. The company says one of the applications it envisages is injection moulding.
