Feeling mutual between Manolo and SJP

Iconic footwear designer Manolo Blahnik has told Vogue that he admires Sex and the City actress Sarah Jessica Parker and Carrie Bradshaw, the character she played in the television series and spin-off film every bit as much as they admire his shoes.
Mr Blahnik said he had always found great inspiration in cinema in general, but that Ms Parker and her on-screen persona both provided him with special inspiration.
He said: “I adore Ms Parker. The character she played has had such a role in my career, I cannot help but regard both of them as muses.”
