Nicole Richie turns shoe designer

Nicole Richie, daughter of singer and songwriter Lionel Richie, is also showing a flair for design. On the back of her successful accessories collection, Ms Richie has now decided to add a shoe range to her House Of Harlow 1960 label.
The well-known socialite and star of television series The Simple Life, is partnering with prominent shoe manufacturers to create approximately 20 footwear models, which will be launched early next year. Reports claim she is completely in control of the design process.
